I would highly suggest joining the Presidents Club - costs nothing and you get free WIFI! (I still think it's outdated to charge for that, but that's just me). Concierge really listened to what we wanted to do - and totally gave us the best recommendations. The entire staff was so gracious and warm. It was our anniversary - and chocolate strawberries were sent up with a lovely note. Upon check in, our room was a bit delayed - no worries - another complimentary drink while we waited! We upgraded to the Mission Suite and that was so beautiful! Fireplace, huge jacuzzi tub and a balcony overlooking a fountain. The valets were so friendly and funny and to be greeted with sparkling wine really started our stay off beautifully.
